Flavour: Soft, with a strong and persistent mouth. Fresh and balanced acidity.
White wine produced with grapes of indigenous varieties from our own vineyards. After intentional fermentation in the bottle, this wine may be cloudy, contain deposit and carbon dioxide.
It is a wine that takes us back to the origins of the region's wines and gives special pleasure in harmonizing with Portuguese regional cuisine. Aromatically lively with very young tropical fruit with hints of lime and a very dry and austere finish. The foam abounds in the glass and presents itself with the typical turbidity of fine lees in suspension.
